"This is for the Sales Associate part. I went to purchase a car the day after my previous car had decided to no longer work. When I came to Toyota Sunnyvale, everyone was exceptionally nice and welcoming. My Salesperson was Ratha Ke and she did a fabulous job in finding the best car that suited me and my budget. Great customer service, too! Bert, the financial manager was also a great person to work with regarding getting my car. After all of the paperwork and signing, I finally got my car!! I thought it would be hard for a first time car purchaser, but it wasn't. Great experience and they're willing to work with you!"
