"Before changing to Toyota Sunnyvale we were faithful clients of Toyota Stevens Creek. We changed locations because it is close by to our place and we were not 100% satisfied with the car maintenance services there, so we should have done this earlier.
My husband also hates going shopping for anything, even for a car. So, our plan was getting into the dealership, finding a salesperson and getting things done as fast as we could. We have done our homework before hand so we knew exactly what type of car we wanted, what features, etc. When we got into Toyota Sunnyvale they were prompt to work with us. The first salesperson came and gave us a brief introduction about the new models of the car we were looking for but we said we have already made up our minds and we wanted to get things done as quick as possible -- do our test drive and close the deal. We also mentioned that we wanted to skip the sales talk and go straight to business. Well, Zenia Padua was walking by and the sales person who was dealing with us said that in our case Zenia was the best person to help us. Zenia has been a car saleswoman for quite some time, is very straight forward, open and prompt to answer any type of questions and very flexible. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and even if she doesn't know something right away she will dig and find an answer. She has been checking on us since we bought the car and also has helped a few times answering questions and details about extra accessories that we wanted need to buy (like he right tire chains). I'm very happy with Toyota Sunnyvale and super satisfied with customer care so far. I highly recommend Zenia Padua as a salesperson and if you are looking for a good dealership -- Toyota Sunnyvale is the place."
