My wife and I
were looking to trade-in our Sienna for a 2013 model. Our original plan
was to get a quote from Toyota Sunnyvale and then use it to get a better
deal at Steven's creek, where we bought our old one. However, Erick
Martinez and the team at Toyota Sunnyvale gave us a great deal and
excellent service all around. We didn't even bother going to another
dealer and closed right there and then. Erick led us through the trade
in process and we got the car we wanted and got a great price for our
old car. He has been very nice, professional and efficient.
