"I recently bought a fully loaded '12 Camry Hybrid XLE from Toyota Sunnyvale. I went to them because they were one of three dealerships recommended by Consumer Reports' subscription buying service. I had not intended to buy a fully loaded model, but discovered that I pretty much had to in order to get the options we really wanted -- leather seats and moon roof. They made it easy for us, opening with an offer of $32,236 -- $2,570 below MSRP. They came in under the best price I'd calculated on my own spreadsheet and below what Consumers called a "great" price; also below Edmunds' True Market Value. Their open was good enough to close the deal for me; no haggling required. Their direct sales manager, Matt Wong, was very helpful, as was Paul, our salesman. My only complaint is that the car came equipped with cruddy Bridgestone tires; I asked them to change them out for Michelins, but they said they didn't have any. So I had to immediately replace the Bridgestones with "after-market" Michelins -- a small price to pay for the deal we got."
