"I actually bought my new minivan here despite the bad reviews. I got a really great deal for the new car and also my trade in. Maybe I went there at the right time? I followed the book by going there the last day of the month for the best deals. I got a new sales guy who was not pushy at all. When we couldn't come to an agreement, the sales manager came and gave us a better deal, which was not a surprise to me. However, they were not pushy, respectful, and working hard to earn my business. So far, the experience has been great. I will let you know if my opinion changes after I get my car serviced there."
