"This review is for the Toyota Sunnyvale Dealership for Used Cars. We were selling our car in order to buy a more cost-effective family car. Ray Balba was the Auto Acquisition Specialist who was assisting us (he and my husband were communicating through email for weeks). He was helpful, fair, and provided great customer service. We expected some back and forth, but he was all about getting straight to business and meeting a middle ground for everyone. They didn\'t mind minor imperfections and after doing our own research, they came in with a better offer than we expected. Great deal, enjoyable person to work with."
