"We had a very good experience with the Direct Sales Manager Mr.John Le. He was honest, polite, patient and above all very kind with us throughout the purchase. It was only for this sales executive we came back to Sunnyvale dealership even though we had better price from other Toyota dealers. On two days, John stayed back after his office hours and helped us test drive the car and also gave us a free ride from SJC airport as we had to drop off our rental car. Thanks a lot for everything John.
