Toyota Sunnyvale - One Positive Review on Yelp!

"Preliminary review for now: after a very poor experience at Magnussen's Toyota in Palo Alto (see my review for the gory details), I decided to stop by this place.  Like I mentioned in the other review, I'm in the market for a new car, possibly a Highlander Hybrid.

Well, first, I'm no longer looking at Highlander Hybrid - just too expensive, and since I don't drive that much, gas would have to really skyrocket before I would be able to recover the increased price of a hybrid.  But I digress.....

When we showed up on the lot today (Easter Sunday), we were almost immediately greeted by a sales person.  At first he seemed a bit disinterested, but I think that was just his general demeanor because he was actually very helpful.  No hard sell, no "these cars are going fast!  These specials won't last for long!" BS.  He answered all our questions and didn't seem to be in a hurry, even though we told him that we weren't at all interested buying today.

This dealership has some sort of 3 day return policy, but I didn't get the exact details.  But from what was described to me, we could return a car after 3 days if we decide that we didn't like it after all.  They also offer free scheduled maintenance for 2 years or 24,000 miles."
